Travel Bookings Terms & Conditions

Following are some general Terms & Conditions regarding Fixed Departures, Customized Char Dham Yatra, Hotel Booking, or Helicopter Tour/travel packages booking from Yatra Manager, here by referred as Yatra Manager. The Link of these terms always mentioned in emails. We consider that you have read all the terms and conditions before booking any tour, Trekking, Adventure Activity or any activity, Hotel, Helicopter/Airplane ticket, bus or bus/train tickets, taxi, bus or guide etc. or any Tour Package from us.

Payment Terms for Booking Confirmations

Full Amount is to be paid in Full 7 Days Prior to check in Date or Start of Tour for confirmations.
You Can Also make the Payments using NEFT Transfer or Bank Deposits

General Tour/Travel Package/ Terms and Conditions

  •  All the Rates Mentioned are valid and Applicable to Indian Nationals Only.
  • Tariff for Foreign Nationals/NRIs are on Requests Only.
  • Please Read email carefully and understand the content and prices. All the emails and Conversations will be the part of your contract with us once you make the booking.
  • General Hotel Check in time 1 PM, and Check out Time 11:30 am for Accommodations.
  • If arrival time is not mentioned reservations will be released at 6 pm.
  • The applicable tariff packages are subject to change without prior intimations or notice mail.
  • In case of non availability  of rooms/services at our respective hotels for reasons, the hotel would be arranging alternative similar accommodations/services.
  • Activities mentioned are subject to group size, climatic conditions, accessibility due to rain or snow. The decisions of Instructor/guide shall be final Following the activity wise, refund/cancellations Policy of “Third Party Service Providers”. As we have not charged extra for activities, there are no refund if any activities are not conducted.
  • Hotels suggested above is subject to availability on dates and prior confirmations, and in case we do not find rooms in above hotels in any circumstances whatsoever we will arrange the same we will arrange the same in similar category hotels for parallel arrangements.
  • Charges for AC/Heater shall be extra as per hotel basis.
  • Please take care of belongings before leaving the car/hotels. Yatra Manager is not responsible for any loss.
  • As per the directive given by government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of Identification upon check-in or as and when required during the tour or package by third party service providers or any Government Officials during Package Service Period.
  • Hotels/ camps/ or any kind of accommodation or service provider can deny stay or services, if valid ID proof is not provided. Yatra manager Shall not be responsible for any ID Proof Related Issues.
  • For Extra Adults many hotels/camps provide extra mattress also instead of Extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you need extra Bed instead of extra mattress.
  • In case of fixed departure tours with transportation, sitting arrangements in bus tempo will be on rotation basis, Our representatives will guide you for this, along with your cooperation.
  • Due to any reason if vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as Possible for the major Problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle shall be repaired. You Shall Kindly Cooperate under such circumstance due to any reason whatsoever.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delay & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closure/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
  • AC shall not work in all hill areas or stopped/parked vehicle.
  • In Case of Packages with transportation, vehicle are on disposal from pre advised meeting Point. Client  may arrange on their own to get transfer to pickup/drop point. Vehicle charges are inclusive of all toll taxes /parking and driver allowance.
  • Driver shall not drive on the NO Entry zones and shall not be forced drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam.  Normal Working Hours of Driver are 12 Hours. In Case you want services more than 12 hours in a day, Kindly inform us in advance.
  • In some hill area roads driving after sun set and music is not allowed due to risk to life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
  • Pick up and Drop Points shall be one only. If Multiple pickups and drop, please mention in email conversations, prior to final booking confirmations from both sides.
  • The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuations of diesel/cng/petrol prices in india. If the Prices increased more than 5% from the time of booking, we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
  • We reserve the right to give you similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
  • At many of tourist destinations / hill stations  some of the roads / shopping Market / mall Roads / sight seeing points /mall roads have NO entry for all /some bigger tourists vehicle depends on destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situations guests have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on direct payment basis. This cost is not included in the ideal Package inclusions.
  • It is presumed the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind of allergy(especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly inform us in advance.
  • No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
  • GST & Other government taxes shall be charged extra as per government notifications.
  • Confirmation is subject to force majeure clause.
  • No cancellation or refund will be made if situation is beyond our control  such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions, or any natural disasters, fire,  any embargo, acts or decision of government,  political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism, or any other similar cause whatsoever it may, strikes or problems at airline, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational or technical issues,           route or flight cancellations, or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
  • Yatra manager is not responsible in any many manner whatsoever for any accident/ injury/ death/theft/ damage of person/property/luggage/goods during the course of the tours.
  • All  rights reserved to the management to cancel the service without any refund until full advance many towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by the Yatra Manager. Yatra Manager can change the features or functionality of the services   any time without any notice or information.
  • We as a service provider shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
  • Yatra Manager hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction only of the court of Haridwar (India).

 Trekking Package Terms and Conditions:

  • Any expenses for the unforeseen circumstances shall be shared.
  • Himalayan are Unpredictable. In some cases due to bad whether it is possible that the trek can not be completed. Yatra Manager will do its to make it possible but your safety is a much bigger concern for us.
  • Yatra Manager reserves the rights to modify or cancel the track or trek itinerary under unusual and unforeseen circumstances.
  • The trek we offer demands a person physically and mentally strong and fit. Before booking the trek please tell us if you have any medical condition.
  • No Refunds shall be made for any accommodation, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized.
  • You are solely responsible for your personal belongings during the trek.
  • Behaviour that can cause danger, annoyance to others, or interfering with the procedure may lead to termination of your participation from the trip, with no right to refund. We expect you to be a responsible trekker and co traveler.
  • We Provide basic amenities in the wilderness of Himalayas, Please do not expect any luxury treatment.
  • Baggage and personal items are at your own risk throughout the trip. Kindly do not carry any valuables during the trek. You are solely responsible and liable for your personal belongings and items. We are not responsible for any loss of baggage, goods, air tickets, passport, cash, traveler’s cheque or any other travel document owned by you while on tour, whatever the cause.
  • Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years of age and in good physical and Mental condition to participate in the trek.
  • Booking and Payment: A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before the start of the trek. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
  • Refund Policy:-  No Refunds will be made for the items or service unutilized. For more details please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel your booking. The amount of the fee will depend on how close to the start date of the trek you cancel. For more details please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • Insurance: It is recommended that participants have adequate travel insurance that covers trekking and other adventure activities.
  • Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the trek. It is important to inform the trek leader of any medical conditions or allergies before the start of the trek. In the case of falling ill or suffering an accident during the trip all hospital expenses, doctor fees, evacuation from road or mountain or any other charges incurred direct or indirect result of your illness/accidents shall be born and paid by you and in totality and your sole responsibility.
  • Equipment: Participants are responsible for bringing their own equipment, such as appropriate clothing, footwear, and a sleeping bag. Some equipment may be available for rent from the trekking company.
  • Itinerary: The trekking company reserves the right to change the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Liability: The trekking company is not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the trek. Trekking in Himalayas requires a degree of personal risk. You are likely to visit places where you will be facing danger and certain risks and physical challenges. By participating in a trek with Yatra Manager, you accept that you are aware of the personal risks and dangers attended upon such travel and that you assume and understand the risks involved. You hereby assumes and understand all such risks and release the Yatra Manager and its Service Partners from all claims and causes of action arising from such damages, injuries or deaths resulting from inherent risks.
  •  We reserve the right to photograph you during the trek and use the same for our website and promotions.

Helicopter Package / Ticket ::  Terms and Conditions: 

  • Maximum 4 passengers will be allowed in a 01 Helicopter.
  • Total Passenger weight  must not be exceeded from 300 KGs.
  • Maximum Baggage Allowance is 5 KGs/Person
  • Passanger may carry only one small pack of not more than 2 kgs of weight in Flight. Excess volume and luggage shall not be allowed in Helicopter flight.
  • Price is subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm in advance.
  • All reporting timings from point to point flying will be confirmed to client from our end. Charters and crew members can change can be changed as per availability. Timings of transfer  from each flying point to another can be changed as per availability or whether  changes and conditions.
  • Exact schedule can be advised before a day of departure. Mentioned Schedule in mail and invoice is a tentative just for understanding operational system and timings. Things can be changed last moment due to any operational or whether changes.
  • We can cancel the provided or confirmed charter service any moment before flying due to any operation restrains and technical problem.
  • We can not take or offer any guarantee whatsoever of your flying date or on time later or sooner. It is completely matter of third party services  depending on their operational restrain and previous loads.
  • We can only assure you 100% refund in case of any cancellation under any unforeseen reason.
  • We are also not responsible or liable for any kind of claim or complains raised against any problem in flying. We can only assist you for better and convenient flying without giving assurances for third party(aviation) services.
  • During char dham Helicopter package, we can also stay in kharsali and Harsil, as first night stay due to whether or operational  clearance. So this should be very well understood to passangers before they accept the last moment confusion.
  • In case extra night stay due to weather or any technical problem the stay and food expenses shall be born and paid by passengers only. We will bear the cost of crew and craft on our own. We shall wait for 01 additional night to cooperate with the situation in terms of completion of Yatra. Any extension is not allowed in above cost and conditions. We can cancel the yatra in any such situation of waiting  due to weather or any other problem whatsoever.
  • A final deposit of 100% of tour cost is required to secure your reservation. Deposit of payment as per your selected tour is required prior to commencement of tour or as per agreed at the time of confirmation of the tour.
  • Prices do not include charges for laundry services, telephone and internet usage, wines, liquors, mineral water, travel insurance,  international flight tickets, india visa fees, tips, monument tickets, movie/video camera fee at monuments site, miscellaneous expenses whatsoever, which are not specified .
  • Other Fees and taxes may be imposed by the airlines if any, then be born and paid by the passenger himself.
  • Making Changes:- Most Programs allow deviations that affect destination, departure date, program extensions, and the like,  Note that tour Programs can be changed; provided that requests are made in writing 21 days prior to the commencement of tour. No deviation can be made or processed with in 21 days of commencement of tour.

Cancellation and Refund Policy :: Yatra Manager 

 

  1. 30 Days or more; 90% refund of total amount.
  2. 15 to 30 days : 50% of refund of total amount.
  3. Less than 15 days: No refund

Note: No refund in case of no Show, road blocks, Accidents etc.

Your refund request shall be answered and processed properly and promptly. If you do not receive a reply with in one business day please call at our support number below. We shall not be responsible if email, mails fails to reach us.

All the refund/cancellations requests shall be sent through email/in writing and be sent at the earliest possible. No refund shall be processed unless a written request email or mail received .

Mode of refund and Timeframe:-
