- Following are some general terms and conditions regarding car booking from Yatra Manager Referred as Yatra Manager, www.yatramanager.com.
- www.yatramanager.in as “Yatra Manager” is also owned and managed by Yatra Manager.
Payment Terms for Booking Confirmations
- Advance payment must be paid for each booking as per the email conversations.
- Driver shall take full balance payment at pick up time at hotel/airport/railway station/home. If the payment on the credit card/debit card/net banking is declined/failed for some reason , for alternate payment instructions you must call in Yatra manager, 72 Hours prior to the time of departure, else the order is liable to be cancelled.
- Sometimes online payment take 24 hours to 36 hours to reflect amount in our account and we can not confirm or provide any services unless we received amount/payment.
- You Can Also make the Payments using NEFT Transfer or Bank Deposits or By Using QR Codes through UPI Payments.

- The link of these terms is always mentioned in the chain of mails, when you book car rental from us. We consider that you have read all the terms and conditions and are agree before booking any vehicle as car/cab/taxi/tempo traveler/bus from us
- AC shall not work in hill areas or stopped/parked vehicle.
- Driver shall not drive in no entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets which can create traffic jams.
- In some hill area roads after sunset music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
- In case of snow fall, road blocks on the route car shall not go ahead. Additional/ further transfer must be arranged on your own cost.
- Under the condition of road blocks due to any reason whatsoever public or natural, if route is changed additional charges shall be paid by the traveller/client
- There shall be only one Pick up and Drop Point. For multiple pick up or drop points kindly mention in emails or communication before confirming the booking.
- Parking will be paid one place one time at each day. In same day if guest wants to visit the place again it shall be paid by the guest himself.
- Total amount is valid and applicable only for the program and places mentioned in Tour itinerary.
- Tour destinations /route shall not be changed with out prior notice. For any amended route or tour additional rates/amount shall be charged accordingly.
- We count one day from 6 am till 9 pm. If you need vehicle before 6 am or holds/uses/keep engaged with you after 9 pm, in that case client shall pay extra fare/amount/charges as discussed/mentioned earlier accordingly.
- If the vehicle in not in good condition before the start of your ride/tour/journey please contact Yatra Manager immediately.
- The rates are subject to change depending on the fluctuations in prices of diesel/patrol/CNG in India. If the prices hike more than 5% then the time of booking, we shall increase the rates/charges/price even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
- Any abuse to our Driver/drivers or unacceptable behaviour or the driver feels in risk/threat of damage to his vehicle or himself, Driver has the right to ask the passengers to leave the vehicle.
- Yatra Manager reserves the right to give you similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
- To reach airport/railway/bus transfers/ some important pre scheduled meeting it is customers/clients/traveller’ s responsibility to tell/inform the company/agency or driver at enough notice to reach at the place on the time. Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like road blocks, traffic jam, slow traffic movements, technical breakdowns, accidents, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other situation whatsoever beyond our control Yatra manager is not held responsible.
- Please discuss and inform to you taxi/cab driver about your tour schedule and itinerary.
- Don’t force/persuade/offer your driver to drive beyond safe speed limits.
- At many of tourists destinations / Hill stations – some of the roads/shopping markets/mall roads have “NO Entry” for all/ some bigger tourists vehicles depends on destinations along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situations guests have to manage/arrange another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on direct payment basis. This cost is not included in the ideal package inclusions.
- Some times vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots/destinations/tour points. Guests need to reach to the parking at their own cost.
- Vehicle shall be permitted for sightseeing points/spots/destinations on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits, or substitute sightseeing or addition or deletion or amendments in the itinerary kindly contact the Yatra Manager/Company/Agency. Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions kindly inform Yatra manager/Agency/company in advance or discuss these things with company/agency/yatra manager rather than driver.
- All nearby sightseeing points should be covered/visited together, vehicle shall not come again on the same route for a sightseeing which has been left. However in case of sometimes issues with some particular places Guest/client and we can adjust with mutual understanding and approval.
- Any cost increased due to circumstances beyond our control resulting in forcefully extra days will be charged at nominal charges.
Breakdown Policy :
- Our booked vehicles are well maintained and are regularly checked up at service centres. Due to any reason(beyond our control) if the vehicle breakdown anywhere Yatra Manager/company/ Agency/Travel Agency is not responsible in any manner whatsoever. We will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For the minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate. In case flight/train delays or hotel cancellations we are not responsible, if it is not our fault.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards/flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blocks due to political unrest or any such incidents.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:: Yatra Manager
- 10% cancellation charges (which include Transaction fees) will be deducted, rest will be refunded, if cancelled 48 hours before the pickup time. Refund will be provided only if the cancellation is confirmed by us over email only.
- One day vehicle charges will be charged against the cancellation in last 48 hours. Company reserves the rights to provide the refund on case to case bases.
- Refund of amount can take up to 10 to 15 days from date of approval of cancellation.
Your refund request shall be answered and processed properly and promptly. If you do not receive a reply with in one business day please call at our support number below. We shall not be responsible if email, mails fails to reach us.

All the refund/cancellations requests shall be sent through email/in writing and be sent at the earliest possible. No refund shall be processed unless a written request email or mail received .
Mode of refund and Timeframe:-
- Refunds shall be processed to your bank accounts only and may take up to 10 to 20 business days. All the refunds will be done through NEFT transfer only. No refund will be done through or in cash.
