Qutub Minar: This UNESCO world heritage minaret which is also a part of the Qutub complex is the tallest brick minaret in the world. Created by the founder of the Delhi sultanate, Qutb-ud-din-Aibak, this site is also home to another older structure of black iron pillar.

Humayun’s Tomb: This grand and majestic tomb of Delhi is dedicated to the mughal emperor Humayun. During its time this was the first garden-tomb in the entire subcontinent. This tomb is also a UNESCO world heritage site which was built by his consort.

Lotus Temple: This is a Bahai house of worship which is famous for its unique lotus flower like shape. As per CNN this place is considered to be one of the most visited structures in the world. The nine ponds surrounding the entire temple area gives the place a feeling of peace and rejuvenation.

India Gate: This memorial gateway located en route raj ghat is a ceremonial axis which was previously known as Kingsway. This structure is dedicated to 70,000 soldiers of the British Indian army who had given their lives during the First World War in France, Flanders, Persia and East Africa.
